Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of services to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution of services. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting service-related metrics, and identifying areas for improvement in operations and customer service.
Qualifications
• Strong Service Coordination and Operations Management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Prior experience in Customer Service and handling client escalations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Experience in the security industry would be a plus, but not mandatory
