We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team to provide knowledgeable recommendations about our services to clients, to join our growing company.
Service Coordinator's Responsibilities:
• Coordinate service activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
• Manage service requests, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking service technicians.
• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records, documentation, and reports for analysis and improvement.
• Assist in resolving service-related issues and escalations in a professional manner.
• Monitor service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support training and development initiatives for service technicians.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the service department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
