Job Description

We are seeking legal entity reporting Officer to join our team with the primary focus on structuring legal entity reporting framework, preparing and managing reporting for service management meetings. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient legal entity reporting. This role requires identifying, evaluating and recommending tools that can streamline the reporting process and the evolution of the legal entity reporting structure.

Key Responsibilities

Legal entity reporting:
• Development and management of GHR legal entity reporting
• Reporting will consist of key measurements across various GHR functions delivered on a regular basis (likely quarterly) for each legal entity
• SSB has approximately +0+ Legal entities and anticipates 10-15 measurements per legal entity
• Collaborate with various teams to gather data and information from internal systems and databases
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of legal entity data across all reports
• Provide insights and analysis on legal entity performance during service management meetings

Service management meetings:
• Participate in service management meetings to understand reporting requirements business needs and strategic goals
• Present and discuss legal entity related data including key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) and other relevant metrics
• Continuously assess and optimize the reporting processes to ensure the most accurate and timely data is presented during service management meetings
• Identify areas for automation within the reporting processes and collaborate with relevant teams to implement such solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal reporting standards

Tool identification and evaluation:
• Research, identify tools and software solutions that can improve the efficiency of legal entity reporting
• Work with IT and businesses stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness and integration of potential tools for reporting purposes
• Recommend and implement best fit tools to streamline reporting processes and enhance reporting capabilities
• Process efficiency and automation

Collaboration and Stakeholder management:
• Liaise with cross functional teams to ensure smooth data collection and reporting
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding report findings tools and updates
• Training and support to teams on new reporting tools and procedures

Required qualifications:
• Proven experience in legal entity or HR reporting, data analysis, or service delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of service management frameworks and reporting standards.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience with financial or legal entity reporting systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
