Alsco Uniforms is a Textile Rental company, laundering and delivering rental garments, floor mats and towels throughout New Zealand. We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Person in Rotorua!
Are you someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people, and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team!
About the role:
Operate a small truck to deliver and service rental products for our valued customers
Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
Proactively upsell our rental products and additional services to enhance customer experience
Enjoy a dynamic workday spent meeting new people and building relationships!
About you:
You put customers at the heart of everything you do, with a genuine passion for service
Great communication skills.
You have previous customer service experience
You hold a Full Class 1 licence and are comfortable operating a small truck.
You're energetic, enjoy an active lifestyle, and thrive in roles that keep you moving and lifting.
You work well independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
You enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact every day.
Preferred candidates will be required to undergo a full medical check including drug & ******* testing prior to confirmation of employment. You will need a full, clean driver's license, The ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles, and a Class 2 license would be highly advantageous for the selected candidate.
