• OSI/TCP-IP deep dive + subnetting
• Git/GitHub workflows (branching, merge, PRs)
• GenAI for IT Ops: log explanations & guided troubleshooting
Hands-On (M-F)
• Configure Windows Server roles
• Create AD users, groups & apply GPOs
• Configure DNS & DHCP
• Build Git repos with branching & merging
• Use GenAI to generate troubleshooting steps
