CTC : Rs. 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
Experience : 2 – 5 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Job involves technical support to the customers for application and after sales service, repairs / installation and commissioning of Laboratory and Analytical instruments at customers location/service center and shall involve extensive travelling.
· Sale of service products like Annual Maintenance contract, Repairs, Customer training, installation and commissioning, calibration services will also form part of the job.
· Result oriented approach
· Candidates with sales aptitude can be also considered for Sales Executive Post.
· Senior Service Engineers with administrative capability will be considered for higher position.
Requirements
· Graduate/ Post graduate in electronics / Instrumentation or Mechatronics. ITI /Diploma holders in electronics with relevant extensive experience can be also considered for junior engineer post
· Proficiency in English, Hindi and concerned regional language
· knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Internet
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Technical aptitude
· Ability to understand electronic hardware and software
· Ability to understand and discuss applications of the products
· Communication ability to inter act with customers and factory engineers, quality control and R&D managers etc.
He must own his two/ four wheeler
Candidates with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in servicing imported or local Biomedical / Medical / Analytical / Scientific & Biotechnology Instruments may apply in strict confidence indicating the preferred area for operation .
