SERVICE EXPERIENCE CONSULTANT
At WPE we do more than just move freight; We help our customers do their business more effectively and efficiently. Due to recent growth, we are expanding our administration team and have a position in our Dubbo Office. So, if you are an organized individual who is looking to start your career in the transport industry, this job is for you.
On a day to day basis your position will include:
Regularly you are the first point of contact for our customers so we need to have you well trained so you will be happy and confident to help them with their requests,
Answering telephones and taking freight bookings,
Data entering freight consignments,
Problem solving when needed,
Promoting and maintaining customer relationships with our national and international clients,
Greeting and helping face to face customers,
Working with and co ordinating freight movements with our WPE warehouse teams and drivers across Australia
Liaising with freight providers around Australia and Internationally
WPE is looking for you to have the following:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with all people both internally and externally
Great attention to detail
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Office
Is willing to learn new computer programs and logistic planning skills
Has a passion to succeed and displays ownership of their position and displays a mature outlook
Wants a full time Monday to Friday position based in an office. No work from home/hybrid availability.
Has an interest in a thought provoking career
Excellent personal presentation
