Handling branch in south Mumbai.
Attending to VIP Customers.
Control workflow of the back office in order to meet delivery schedules.
Correspond with Principals for service related issues.
Daily and monthly reporting on service performance to Management and
Principals.
Monitor the workshop productivity.
Depute Technicians for training.
Monitor staff on job functions.
Play an active role in resolving customer complaints.
Monitor Tele-calling amp; CRM department.
Monitor CSI, Call Campaign.
Handling J.D.Power customers amp; their concerns
Making principles reports amp; PPT files for MD amp; Regional Office like work
revenue, workflow, Service Manager check sheet etc.
Handling customers at front office for their concerns
