• Work Mode: Remote
• Shift Requirement: Flexible to work in both UK & US shifts

• Certification: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist - _Mandatory_

• Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead the overall architecture, design, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.
- Define best practices, technical standards, and governance models for the platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Oversee development and ensure adherence to coding, performance, and security standards.
- Provide guidance on complex customization, scripting, and integration challenges.
- Support upgrade planning, adoption of new features, and platform optimization.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and process owners to define requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leadership on ServiceNow capabilities.
- Drive workshops and design sessions to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Present architectural recommendations and roadmaps to leadership and clients.
• Governance & Quality Assurance
- Define architectural frameworks, data models, and integration strategies.
- Establish development and release management guidelines.
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational policies.
• Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and junior architects.
- Provide training, knowledge sharing, and technical enablement across teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
• Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Mandatory.:
- Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SecOps modules - Highly desirable.
- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with at least 3+ years in an architect role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow solution design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, enterprise architecture, and security standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
