Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.
Duties
- Perform general custodial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Maintain the appearance of floors through buffing and floor care techniques
- Assist with residential painting tasks as needed
- Conduct industrial cleaning activities to uphold sanitation standards
- Support facilities maintenance by promptly addressing repair needs
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
Experience
- Prior experience in custodial or porter roles is preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care and buffing techniques is advantageous
- Experience in residential painting is beneficial
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks effectively

Pay: $17.50 - $1+.00 per hour
