Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and manage multiple crews
Schedule crews
Organize crews with proper equipment, and materials
Communicate instructions to crews on a daily basis
Prepare estimates when needed
Communicate with clients and property managers
Supervise projects when needed
Ensure safety is followed to company standards
Read and understand drawings and details
Be a problem Solver
Qualifications:
Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
Results driven who ensures the right course of action is taken
Good Organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)
Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation, 3 paid sick days
