Partner with the best
As a Services Specialist, you’ll be responsible for all in-house services activities like repairs, calibration, documentation etc. and also perform inspection, services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Preparation/performance for ISO17025 audits and documentation. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Repairing , calibration and inspection of the equipments includes Performance Services, Performance tests, preparation of reports etc.
• Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
• Handling offer preparation, PO review, spares order placement etc.
• Handling on line support to customers, coordinate with channel partners for service related issues, support on all warranty related cases.

To be successful in this role you will:
• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED
• Have atleast 5+ years of experience in Pressure related equipment Services/maintenance
• Have Knowledge on NABL calibration of pressure equipments
• Have Knowledge on computer operations like outlook, word, excel , power points etc
• Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills.
