We have been supplying and servicing office technologies to regional NSW businesses for more than 20 years.

You will initially be onboarded, mentored, and coached by some of the best IT Technical support technicians in the industry who are responsible for servicing Inland Technology’s broad customer footprint across inland NSW.

Your key responsibilities will include. Prepare machines for installation by completing factory run-ups in our workshop. Install new machines on client sites. All aspects of field servicing of machines, including software installations and updates. Undertake or develop skills to complete machine refurbs. Undertake remote IT technical error customer support. Commitment to a structured in-house training schedule designed to ensure your long-term success. Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

You will Have a consistent track record of employment, ideally with 1 year experience in customer-facing position. You have undertaken some formal of training through your career because you love learning. Hold a driver’s licence with a safe driving history. Have a passion for and interest for the latest technology. Have well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Have strong computer skills utilising Microsoft office.
