Job Description
Understand requirements and design, configure, develop, implement, maintain and optimize ServiceNow platform and related modules.
Conduct regular discovery exercises to maintain an up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Develop and maintain discovery schedules and troubleshoot discovery issues.
CMDB Integrations
Requirements
Experience: Over 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years focused on ServiceNow architecture and development especially CMDB and Asset Management
Skills: Expertise in Service Mapping & Discovery, CMDB Integrations, and customer-facing roles.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, configurations, and integrations.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
