ob Title : ServiceNow Architect.Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, create scalable architectures, and drive automation for IT services and asset management.Key Responsibilities : - Solution Architecture & Design : Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs.- ITOM/ITAM Expertise : Develop and enhance CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Asset Management, and Software License Management processes.- Integration & Automation : Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems using APIs, MID servers, and automation tools.- Governance & Best Practices : Define standards for configuration, development, and deployment to maintain performance, compliance, and security.- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with IT teams, business units, and leadership to gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.- Customization & Development : Lead scripting, UI policies, workflows, and business rules development to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.- Performance Optimization : Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring high availability and efficient data management.- Training & Documentation : Provide guidance to developers and administrators, create documentation, and conduct training sessions as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on ITOM or ITAM.- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Asset Management, and SAM.- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), monitoring tools, and ITSM solutions.- Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Flow Designer.- Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and industry best practices.- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, or ServiceNow Architect certifications preferred.- Hands-on experience with MID Server deployment and Service Graph Connectors.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Cloud Management within ServiceNow.- Familiarity with hardware/software asset lifecycle management and procurement workflows.- Background in enterprise IT environments with experience in networking, security, and infrastructure.Why Join Us : - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Competitive salary, benefits, and career growth opportunities (ref: hirist.tech)
