Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and optimizing HR Service Delivery processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience through automation, case management, and self-service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation on ServiceNow
- Configure and enhance HRSD modules including case management, lifecycle events, and employee service center
- Work with HR teams to improve HR service delivery processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee queries)
- Develop and customize workflows using ServiceNow tools and scripting
- Ensure smooth delivery of HR services through automation and digital solutions
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices in HR service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) on ServiceNow
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery models and processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and workflows
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CIS-HR (HRSD Certification)
- Experience with integrations and Employee Center
- Exposure to ITSM is a plus
