Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a ServiceNow Implementation Architect/Developer at Spruce Technology. The role involves daily tasks such as architecture design, software development, integration, and project management within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
84 months of experience configuring or managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.
60 months experience as a Service Now system administrator or implementation developer responsible for configuring the ITSM module including incident, Servce Request, Change and knowledge.
24 months experience as administer or implementation developer on a ServiceNow Domain Separated environment.
24 months implementation experience with serviceNow
12 months experience with the ServiceNow SPM module.
