Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop & implement ServiceNow integrations with external applications, tools & platforms.
• Configure & manage REST, SOAP, APIs, web services, and middleware for seamless data exchange.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, debug errors & ensure system reliability.
• Work with stakeholders to capture integration requirements & deliver scalable solutions. Maintain detailed technical documentation & reusable integration components.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security in all integrations.
Key Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience in ServiceNow Integrations.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth, SSO.
• Hands-on experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Spokes.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell, Python scripting.
• Deep understanding of ITSM / ITOM / ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Cloud & Security Integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP, Splunk, CrowdStrike, etc.). Familiarity with CMDB & Discovery data integrations.
• Knowledge of Event Management & IT Operations workflows.
• Strong problem-solving & analytical mindset.
