Service Sales Executive, your core responsibility is to drive customer engagement and sales conversion. Your role includes generating inquiries, negotiating orders, and closing deals, particularly in the context of maintenance contract renewals (AMC). You play a vital role in enhancing conversion rates and contributing to the growth of our maintenance contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
AMC Renewal and Support: Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts for both group and individual customers. Provide valuable support to the Service Supervisor.
Market Understanding and Growth: Develop a deep understanding of the elevator market to contribute to Service Sales sector growth.
Documentation and Compliance: Oversee the completion of contract-related documentation, tenders, technical clarifications, and legal documents within specified timelines.
Customer Relationship Management: Meet with customers to assess their needs and maintain Customer History Cards for key clients to build strong relationships and trust.
Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to customers and stakeholders, showcasing product knowledge and value proposition.
Financial Responsibility: Manage account receivables for timely collections to ensure financial stability.
Safety and Site Visits: Adhere to safety procedures while visiting customer sites to ensure the well-being of all parties involved.
