Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Shadow Teacher at KidsZen Education in Mumbai. The Shadow Teacher will provide support and assistance to students with special needs in a classroom or one-on-one setting. They will help students with academic tasks, behavior management, and social interactions to ensure their successful integration into the classroom environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Strong understanding of learning disabilities and other developmental disorders
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
