Hello,
I am offering a paid internship for a role of a shadow teacher under my guidance. I am looking for people who are dedicated and passionate and are willing to learn and grow in the field of education to work with students who require extra assistance in the classroom.The shadow teacher will work alongside the classroom teacher to provide individualized support to the student to ensure that they are meeting their academic and social goals.
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with the student to provide additional support in the classroom.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher to develop individualized education plans for the student.
- Help the student to stay on task and manage their time effectively.
-Assist with classwork and homework assignments as needed.
- Monitor and document the student's progress and communicate regularly with teachers and parents.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in education/ psychology or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Freshers can apply for the shadow teaching position, and they are most welcome to do so. I will be providing training and support.
