Client Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable government department currently seeking a skilled and experienced Call Centre Consultant for an exclusive opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin experience essential and call centre background preferred
Ability to navigate through different web-based systems,
Take incoming calls, invoice look up, investigate issues, enquiries related to payment of invoice, purchase order numbers, workflow
full training will be provided
Candidates from Dubbo area preferred - Monthly office days
35 hours a week
2 shifts - +am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm - 1 hour lunch break
