Duties and Responsibilities:
Sound knowledge of Extrusion, Compound & HDPE materials
Knowledge of EXTRUSION machine HDPE and DRIP (Micro Irrigation)
Responsibility for Shop floor management
H working experience with 20mm to 630mm HDPE pipe. HDPE pipe production and online Quality Control
Hands-on working experience with 20mm to 630mm HDPE pipe.
Knowledge of production of drip irrigation (Micro irrigation) 12 mm to 32mm pipe
Should have experience to maintain Speed and Quality of production.
Manpower, Machine & Material Planning.
Proper Communications to Shift In charge to Shift In charge.
Knowledge of Machine tooling like Die, Mandrel, and Sizer for Job size planning.
Machine & Product troubleshooting as per QC requirements.
Responsible for maintaining safety standards on the shop floor during production activity.
Documentation Work (Production report, checklist, QC checklist)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills in manpower handling.
Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
Responsibility for machine output and capacity utilization.
Provide regular training and guidance to operators and helpers for better operations.
Leadership role in continuous environment and cost reduction activities.
Willingness to work occasionally overtime and weekends as needed.
A person should have good knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and MIS reports.
Basic operation Utility management like compressor, chiller, and Pump station Job
Education :-B tech in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma CIPET
