Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Shift Supervisor to join our café team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident on the coffee machine, great with people, and ready to take the lead during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and lead the team during shifts
Ensure high standards of customer service and food/beverage quality
Open and close the café as required
Train and support junior staff
Handle any issues that arise during service calmly and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and positive working environment
Requirements:
Previous café experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Confident and skilled barista – must be able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
