About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shop Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within the skilled trades industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist welders with material handling and basic tasks
Support Laser and Press Brake machine operators as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Load/unload materials and prepare parts for production
Follow safety protocols and shop procedures
Qualifications:
No prior experience required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable and punctual
