Shopper Marketing Lead (yoghurt)

Bega Group are recruiting a Shopper Marketing Lead (yoghurt), to join the Retail Marketing & E-commerce team. The team has recently expanded to ensure we are meeting the needs of the market. We are refreshed, exceptionally equipped, and super excited about achieving even more impactful results in 2026!
You will manage the retail marketing plans for Yoghurt across all customers and channels, inclusive of Foodservice. Lead, review and optimise insight led, omni-channel activity that delivers commercial growth outcomes for our retail partners, the category and Bega Group.
You will join a dedicated and high performing team, that work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve outstanding and celebrated results. This role is suited to applicants that understand the demands of FMCG. You will be excited and driven by a fast-paced environment and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease. Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution and evaluation of the shopper marketing plan across a portfolio of market leading brands, across all customers, channels and geographical territories
Review and optimise retail media effectiveness. Partner with retailer partners to develop mutually beneficial JBPs
Support the overarching e-comm strategy and monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns, inclusive of search investment strategy
Manage, track, and optimise a significant trade marketing budget
Work independently to collate and analyse data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights
About you
Strong Shopper/Trade Marketing or Brand Manager experience
Understanding of FMCG preferred
Working in a collaborative environment and being autonomous (effectively managing own time and resources)
Technology savvy, analytical and process orientation
Digital and media experience desirable
