Textile Designer – Full time (3 months, only Bangalore-based)

We're building fashion experiences that transform how people feel. We're looking for a hands-on, highly self-motivated Textile Designer who thrives on exploration and innovation.
This is a paid, full-time project-based role for 3 months, with the potential to extend further.
Tentative start: Mid-June 2026
You must have:
• A background in Textile Design
• Experience working directly with weavers or artisan clusters
• A curious mind, questioning conventional approaches
• High levels of self-drive and output orientation
• A willingness to get hands-on
• 2-3 years work experience in the industry either in textile or fashion
• Portfolio of work that showcases your thinking and tangible outputs
What you'll be doing:
• Exploring and experimenting with textile possibilities that haven't been fully realized
• Collaborating directly with skilled artisans to discover what's possible
• Questioning assumptions about how textiles and fashion can work together
• Ideating multiple approaches to create fashion experiences
What we're looking for:
• Interest in exploring artisanal textiles
• Background in Fashion Design is good to have but not mandatory
• Innovative thinking and ability to ideate multiple solutions to design challenges
• A modern, contemporary aesthetic combined with curiosity about unexplored techniques
• An open mind, a proactive spirit, and self motivated
You must be based in Bangalore and be willing to travel when needed.
