Sales and Showroom Representative
Position Summary:
The Art Culinaire Sales and Showroom Representative is responsible for being the main point of contact to potential customers and team members for their assigned showroom and territory. As the potential first contact with the company, the Sales and Showroom Representative is expected to be knowledgeable, presentable, and personable at all times to ensure our clients feel valued when they visit our showroom.
Responsibilities
Sales Territory Development
Be the dedicated main point of contact for assigned sales territory to clients, brokers, vendors, team members etc.
Executes sales goals, determined by the sales director, and maximizes growth potential for assigned territory.
Be prompt in responding to all inquiries and requests.
Create and process all client orders accurately, ensuring that the necessary documentation is present.
Collaborate with team members throughout the sales cycle.
Manage client relations and client communications over phone and email, delivering excellent customer service
Research and respond to information requests quickly.
Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members.
Visit existing clients as needed.
Support the local trade with personal or courier deliveries and field meetings for speedy service (as applicable).
Review materials for content and accuracy and make suggestions for improvement and/or make limited corrections, as delegated by your Sales Director.
Collect customer feedback.
Special projects as assigned by Sales Director
Client Follow-up
Follow-up with an e-mail to those clients who have submitted a request for a quote online.
Follow-up on any requests the Sales Director forwards, whether it be for service information, color-matching or after-sale usage.
Ambassador gift packaging and shipping.
Client Requests
Coordinate with Sales and Admin Assistant for sending out client color chip and brochure requests.
Forward product specifications and technical information to clients.
Follow-up on payment with each client.
Be prompt with any other miscellaneous inquiries or requests.
Showroom Management
Ensure that the showroom complies with industrial regulations and company standards.
Educate and answer client questions with proficient product knowledge while providing the tone of the Lacanche lifestyle.
Schedule, organize and hold sales appointments with local and visiting clients in the assigned Showroom and respond to client inquiries. Guide these sales to fruition while providing “high touch” service throughout the sales cycle.
Manage day-to-day activities in office and showroom. Maintain the showroom clean and organized. You are expected to be in the showroom physically present from Monday through Friday between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, regardless of scheduled appointments (as there can be unscheduled dop-ins and virtual tours).
Create a welcoming environment for clients by presenting a pleasant and comfortable space and displaying a professional appearance that is inviting. Continuously updating your knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Customer Relationship Management System
Enter and maintain clear and current client contact information in our CRM system.
Keep and maintain clear and detailed notes about interactions with each client.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
