1) Ensure store should be very hygienic
2) Check the store ready for trading
3) Ensure staffs are present with the groom and well trained or not
4) Give 100% customer service from the store, including delivery&installation
5) Topline target achievement
6) KRA parameters following like conversion 80%
7) Conduct daily briefing, updates new things to staffs
8) Check the opening and closing payments
+) Daily wise stock check & inventory control
10) Reports are sent in excel sheet
