Our company is now looking for employees. We are looking for motivated people with good communication and team spirit. Positions are for full-time, year-round !We are a small local company offering a multitude of services, on new homes as well as renovations.
We always want to offer the best of ourselves so that we can be proud in our work. We've been in business for over 11 years without a break. We work mainly with James Hardie, but also with vinyl and Sagiwall. We're lucky enough not to have the same routine, since we also offer decking, custom cedar design and painting services.
To fill the positions you will need to :
+ Don't be afraid of heights
+ Be punctual
+ Good communication skills (English or French)
+ Have your transportation
+ Have all personal protective equipment (PPE)
+ Be physically fit (long periods of standing and lifting between 15lb and 55lb).
+ Open to work on certain weekends (when the weather has not been clement).
Perfect position for snow lovers (we don't work on snowy or rainy days).
- After three months, clothing will be provided. (gloves, hoodies, t-shirt and beanies)
- Outing during the year with the team.
- Possibility of promotion and salary increase with production.
- Necessary tools provided (except belt and pouches).
- Training offered.
