Disability Support Worker – Casual | For Experienced Professionals | Seaford Meadows

This is a casual position with up to full-time hours available, based primarily from our 8th new Supported Independent Living (SIL) house in Seaford Meadows supporting two young male clients with different neurodevelopmental disabilities (ASD, Intellectual Disability, ADHD) and behaviours of concern.

What We’re Looking For
Certificate III or IV in Disability (or equivalent)
Experience working as a Disability Support Worker (or even Aged Care or nursing!)
Solid understanding of support plans, reporting/documentation, and duty of care
Experience with various behaviours of concern
Confidence working independently and contributing to a team
A professional, compassionate approach to supporting people with disabilities
Willingness to take on one or several passive sleepover shifts each fortnight
English as first (native) language
