The Site Director role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction and managing client relationships through effective communication and strategic partnership. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Site Director, you will:

Maintains client satisfaction, client communication, and the overall management of the client relationship
Partners with the delivery team to execute contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business
Analyzes data to accurately forecast and manage operational performance, financial results, and resource requirements
Direct effective communication throughout the organization at all levels and across all facets of the business
Works closely with sales to identify additional revenue opportunities with current clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. This includes identifying and implementing
Regularly report project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Site Director role include:

Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5+ years of BPO experience preferred
Experience driving sales/operations strategy and processes required
Expert in communication skills and styles, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with industry impact
Proven ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity
Mastery of the organization's business operations and industry. Externally recognized as subject matter expert on emerging trends and industry practices
External Thought Leader with proven ability to significantly influence
Exceptional ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret
Must reside in Nashville, TN.

The salary range is $84,800-106,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
