The Opportunity

We’re seeking Project Engineers to join our growing team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney’s North-West and South-West, you’ll be part of a team delivering work that makes a real difference.

You’ll collaborate closely with your Site Team – including the Site Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor, and Surveyor – to ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. From problem-solving on site to engaging with clients, councils, and consultants, you’ll play a key role in driving success.

Key Responsibilities

Apply your knowledge of drawings, specifications, and WHS/environmental requirements across all site activities.

Support the implementation of project management plans for quality, safety, and environment.

Assist with toolbox meetings, inspections, checklists, and documentation.

Help monitor and update construction programs and site activities.

Coordinate procurement to ensure materials are available ahead of schedule.

Track work progress and optimise the use of plant and resources.

Contribute to improvements in site productivity and cost management.

About You

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or working towards)

Experience in the civil industry – ideally in residential subdivisions or bulk earthworks

Current White Card and Driver Licence

Strong commitment to health, safety, environment, and quality standards

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills

A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to show initiative and take ownership

Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM-based systems
