Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure IoT hardware and software components at client sites.
• Ensure the proper integration of our IoT solutions with existing industrial systems.
• Conduct on-site testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of IoT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Provide technical support to clients and address their queries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of installation, maintenance, and support activities.
• Generate reports and documentation related to site visits and system performance.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering and development teams to provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements.
• Work with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Provide training to client personnel on the operation and maintenance of IoT systems when required.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of industrial automation systems or IoT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, MQTT).
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the Hyderabad region as needed.
• Certification in relevant industrial automation or IoT technologies
