Description
Lead Site HR is a key member of the HR Leadership Team responsible for all HR activities of manufacturing sites for the CSM business namely, talent acquisition, talent management and employee lifecycle management for all employees. This role will also work closely with Corporate HR teams to implement HR practices, initiatives, systems implementation, compliances, trainings & processes. This role is responsible to ensure quality, efficiency & effectiveness of HR service delivery for the site as per established standards & norms.
Strategic Responsibilities
• Work with Lead CSM Agchem Manufacturing HR and Corporate HR to implement best in class people processes especially in the areas of L&D, Performance & Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
• Responsible for high level of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Operational Responsibilities
• Ensure manpower requirement for Jambusar are met timely (up to DGM)
• Maintain high level for morale and employee engagement in the site
• Ensure compliances are met
• Assist in manpower planning, budgeting and reporting
• Roll out L&D intervention and training programmes
• Deploy PMS process effectively, timely and complete goal setting, effective feedback and appraisals
• Put in place engagement and communication programme
• Oversee effective on boarding of new employees and provide them with a rich employee experience
• Comply with company systems (SF, SAP) fully and timely and controls
• Ensure complete, accurate and up to date information in SF & SAP
• Prepare monthly MIS on all HR Activities and costs
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders and leverage them for the legitimate interests of the company

• Facilitate initiatives for training need identification and building requisite skills & competencies through systematic training & skill-upgradation initiatives for the team
• Develop performance metrics, monitor performance against those metrics and implement process improvement initiatives

Education Qualification
Master’s degree in business administration (HR preferred)
Work Experience
15+ years of experience in human resources function
