The Role
As a Site Manager you will be working with a committed team of construction professionals to deliver a carefully programmed schedule of mixture of stand-alone and medium-density terraces. We are building all over South and East Auckland, with the regional office based in Manukau. This role will be primarily based at our sites in Karaka and Drury.
This is a fantastic, fixed term opportunity until end of 2026 for someone who thrives on variety, teamwork, and the satisfaction of seeing quality projects through from start to finish.
About You
To be a successful in this role, you will have:
Solid experience overseeing the delivery of residential new builds on a medium to large scale
Demonstrated leadership ability
Outstanding organisation and planning skills
In-depth understanding of construction techniques, methodologies, technologies, and products
Familiarity with design specifications and relevant building legislative requirements
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
Excellent communication skills
Be computer savvy
