Job Description
1) Ensure paint shop shift production output as per schedule.
2) Ensure RFT of paint shop maintained as per target.
3) Handling team size of 10 people.
4) Conflict management.
5) Paint shop defects troubleshooting, problem solving.
6) Shift to shift communication to have smooth production flow.
7) Preparation and readiness for paint shop for customer audits.
8) Dealing with internal supplier (Mold shop) & customer (Assembly shop) & experience of dealing with paint supplier.
9) Problem solving technic & experience related to paint shop issue related to man, method, machine & material.
10) Knowledge of work in SAP, preparing daily reports, good communication & presentation skill
11) Proper knowledge of hazardous material handling & good awareness paint shop safety equipment.
12) Productivity improvement and production planning.
13) Knowledge of SAP
