The Position:
Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced, complex site, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue while optimising resources across the operation.
Train, mentor, and manage team performance, fostering a strong, adaptable team in a high demand setting.
Deliver exceptional service, handle challenges, and continuously improve service flow across multiple service areas.
Ensure all operations meet strict food safety, HACCP, and company compliance standards in a regulated environment.
