Position: - Site Supervisor
Prior Experience: - Minimum 1 year.
Industry Specification: - Construction/Electrical Contractors/Transport (Railways)
Location: - Maharashtra (Mumbai and other cities)/North India (Jammu, Delhi,
Amritsar). Travelling to other locations as per project requirements.
Age Criteria: - 21 – 32 Years.
Educational Qualification :- Minimum 12th Pass from any field. However, diploma in Engg
will be given higher priority. ITI Courses will also be given due consideration.
Language: - Hindi (READ & WRITE), English (Basic READ & WRITE)
Key Role/Job Responsibility: -
1) Site Supervision of manpower, material and process at project site.
2) Maintaining Log Book of Material & Manpower.
3) Compliance of Safety norms as per extent practice.
4) Monitoring and overseeing processes and providing training to manpower.
5) Delivering of quality work and adhere to strict deadlines.
6) Performing material, equipment’s and routine site inspections.
7) Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required.
Skills Required: -
1) Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
2) Ability of keep track of multiple projects.
3) Highly organized with strong attention to details.
4) Experience in similar nature of work mandatory.

Accommodation: - Provided for outstation sites excluding Mumbai.
