Apurvakriti Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and responsible Site Supervisor to manage and oversee on-site construction activities.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, plans, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly Progress reports
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers
• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or delays promptly
• Conduct site inspections and maintain cleanliness
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience in construction supervisionStrong knowledge of construction processes, materials & safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools)
