The role:
We are recruiting an immediate site supervisor for a 3 month full time temporary role. In this position you will be working for our REO brand, due to an increased demand for efficient project management and oversight in our operations. This role is crucial to ensure that our sites are running smoothly, adhering to safety standards, and meeting production timelines. The site supervisor will be responsible for site audits and assessments, coupled with report writing.
Site Audits and Assessments:
Conduct a thorough audit of the assigned retail stores to observe and document the followings:
Existing infrastructure and placement opportunities and constraints
Store layout
Store operational flow and requirements
Customer behaviour and flow pattern
Report Writing (using Formatize Form):
Provide screen placement recommendations based on the agreed placement strategy to meet the commercial objectives.
Document the findings and recommendations using the chosen platform
