Job Description
• end-to-end site HR gamut, handhold the hiring process in collaboration with the corporate team, TM, Performance Appraisal
• manage all labour & statutory compliances impeccably
• support in policy formulation and ensure policy implementation
• provide consultative advisory in relation to POSH
• supervise all HR Operations
• be responsible for change management & disciplinary actions
• provide consultative approach for the Jhagadia site
The Successful Applicant
• someone with strong experience in employee relation with majority of career in plants but with exposure to corporate as well
• someone who works collaboratively and can influence people
• should come with good communication & presentation skills and maturity to manage senior stakeholders
• should come with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing
