Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Corporate Communications function and contribute significantly to the companys strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong vision for shaping and executing our communication strategy across multiple stakeholder groups including the business community, investors, partners, prospective talent, and internal teams.
This role involves owning and maintaining all external and internal communication touchpoints such as the company website, social media channels, corporate presentations, pitch decks, and organizational announcements. The candidate must have proven experience in content creation for websites and digital platforms like LinkedIn, along with hands-on expertise in design tools required to develop high-quality communication assets. The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and navigate ambiguity will be highly valued.
Indicative Deliverables
- Develop and execute the end-to-end communication strategy across Brand, Product, and Organizational initiatives.
- Conceptualize, design, and manage the company website in alignment with the defined brand identity.
- Build and implement a compelling employer branding proposition for current and prospective employees through platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Create and manage all internal communication materials, including content for intranet platforms and employee announcements.
- Design, maintain, and enhance external communication assets such as corporate pitch decks and business presentations.
- Lead internal and external branding and merchandising initiatives.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and materials.
- Oversee corporate merchandising activities.
Must-Haves:
- 10 - 16 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in visualizing, designing, and delivering company websites, business LinkedIn pages, and HR/employer branding pages.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and business leaders.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and other design/creative platforms.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the willingness to go beyond standard deliverables in a startup environment.
