Skilled Handyman/Sub-Trades – Independent Contractor

Independent Handyman/Renovation Contractors required for occasional contract-basis projects.

Prep'n Sell is a general contracting company in the home renovations business. Our jobs range from small to large. We provide a 'One Call Does It All' service for our clients.

We are currently looking for individual professional skilled tradespeople or small teams already working in the industry, with experience and a keen interest in home renovations:

kitchen & bathroom renovations
basement renovations
new flooring installation
tiling
handyman-type repairs
drywall
painting
Requirements:

skilled, quality workmanship, jobs done right the first time, accountability for incorrect or sub-par work, agree to honour our 1-year warranty on your work.
follow directions & do what needs to be done.
maintain clean & efficient work area, remove debris & clean up after each job, take appropriate care to protect client's property & prevent problems before they happen.
reliable, punctual, professional, courteous manner.
provide own unmarked transportation and well-maintained tools.
able to travel to jobs between Maple Ridge to Burnaby.
take pride in providing excellent quality workmanship.
work independently or bring a 2 or 3 person crew when needed.
recognition that customer satisfaction is the absolute priority.
