Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
Support electrical installations under the guidance of licensed electricians.
Participate in construction estimating to assess project costs and materials needed.
Restore existing structures to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
Install drywall, ensuring smooth finishes ready for painting or decoration.
Execute construction painting tasks with attention to detail for a professional finish.
Skills
Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.
Experience in cabinet installation with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of caulking techniques for various applications.
Familiarity with plumbing systems and basic repairs.
Skills in masonry, including working with bricks, blocks, and stones.
Basic electrical knowledge is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Ability to perform construction estimating accurately for project planning.
Experience in restoration projects is a plus, showcasing versatility in skills.
Competence in drywall installation techniques for seamless results.
