Are you a dynamic team player passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales? BedsRus Dunedin is looking for a motivated and experienced customer service legend to help our team and management with the day-to-day operations of our store. As the face of our brand, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality, comfort, and style in the bedding industry. Bring great customer service and be a team player and we can teach the sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- inspire your team mates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
- Implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase store profitability.
- This is a furniture and bedding store, so we do require you to be able to lift and move furniture.
- Maintain store appearance to reflect the BedsRus brand standards.
- Managing inwards and outwards goods - along with our warehousing team
- Administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-One last thing is to have fun with the team while being amazing at turning on the sales and service when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience with customer service.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Able to lift heavy items.
