About the Role
Allure Communications is rapidly expanding our Business-to-Business Fiber & Telecom Sales Division, and we’re hiring SMB Agents who can walk into a business, build relationships, and close deals.

AT&T Business • Lumen • Brightspeed • AppDirect • Telarus
(100+ telecom, internet, phone, cloud, and IT solutions)
Every business needs fast internet, phone service, mobility, and security.

What You'll Be Doing
Canvassing local business districts
Selling business fiber internet (300 Mbps to 5 Gig)
Selling business phone lines & VoIP systems
Offering wireless backup, mobility, and cloud solutions
Building and managing a pipeline through our CRM
Closing deals and getting paid FAST (most partner payouts within 30 days)
This is a business consultant field role, not a call center job.
You control your schedule, your territory, and your income.
Compensation Breakdown (Very High Earnings)
15% Upfront on Every AppDirect/Telarus Deal
Example:
A business signs a $800/month service →
You receive 15% upfront = $120 on that deal.
You keep the full 15%.
No cap. No limit.
Most SMB agents close 3–8 deals per week.
Weekly AT&T Payouts – Small Business Product Agent Flat Pay
When you’re selling AT&T Business Fiber and Phone, you are paid weekly on completed installs.
Small Business Product Agent Flat Pay:
Internet 5 Gig → $325
Internet 1–2 Gig → $245
Internet 300–500 Mbps → $175
<100 Mbps Fiber → $155
<100 Mbps Copper → $75
Internet Air Service (AIA) → $275
Business Phone Line → $85
AT&T VoIP → $65
You can stack AppDirect/Telarus residual-style payouts AND weekly AT&T installs in the same month.
Earnings Estimates
Average Agents: $6,000–$10,000/month
Strong Agents: $12,000–$15,000/month
Top Performers: $20,000+/month
There is no cap on earnings.
