The Role Responsibilities
Job Role
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate with stake holders, support them with their queries on system, support other HR Operations colleagues to deliver quality, integrated HR solutions by training and onboarding them on any changes to system and process. HR Operations Assistant Manager is accountable for ensuring the TAT, Productivity and Data quality of the product they handle and train the other team members to ultimately satisfies our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manages and drives a high-performing team of HR Ops advisors.
Plays a key role in building the reputation of HR Ops so that employees and managers highly value the advice and support HR provides.
Holds team members personally accountable for resolving each employee or manager HR related requests that has been assigned to them.
Drives team member's accountability drive SCB values, and Group’s brand.
Manages escalated issues and complaints with urgency.
Efficiently manages the workflow, capacity and capability of the HR Ops team (e.g. work volume, staffing numbers and profiles).
Continually identifies opportunities for enhancing the customer experience by ensuring the HR Ops team members deliver quality customer service that effectively resolve employee and manager HR related services.
Identifies and handles employees’ feedback both reactively (i.e. escalations) and proactively (e.g. root causes, trends or themes).
Ensures that each team member has an Individual Development Objectives in place. Drives high engagement within the team and recognizes outstanding performance within the team through reward, recognition and development opportunities.
Ensures retention of team members by providing career path, growth and development opportunities for advisors.
Should own the process and handle each case as a priority and identify and removes process wastes / process improvements.
Successfully implement best practices into own team and migrates them to other teams / units.
Ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is in place for process actions.
Priorities and schedule own work accordingly to meet workload peaks and troughs.
Communicate own work plan issues and escalates potential bottlenecks.
Compliance with all applicable Rules / Regulations and Company and Group Policies.

Our Ideal Candidate
Any Graduate, preferably postgraduate in Human Resources.
5 years work experience in the area of data processing Operations in BPO / Banking / Recruitment / HR Consulting companies.
The ability to engage with directors and managers at all levels across the wider business to achieve goals and objectives.
Has in-depth knowledge of one or more process / products and is regarded as an expert.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, including effective questioning and active listening.
Demonstrates excellent customer relations skills.
