Overview
Provides administrative support to HR Team. HR Operations responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle processes as well as assisting general administrative duties. Role is responsible for reporting and using data to identify operational inefficiencies and helps to recommend and improve or innovate processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible. The right candidate will be detail oriented and comfortable with Excel.
Role Responsibilities –
Provide initial support to requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization, including employment verifications, onboarding, time and leave, policies and procedures, and other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Provides transactional and administrative support for HR processes such as Leaves of Absence Administration, Employee life cycle data administration, Administer Separation, Administer Comp & Benefits Changes.
Providing support for HR Business partners and Business Leaders including but not limited to the Reporting, Data correction and updates in SAP SF
Managing Data Quality - Ensure that data is up to date, drive the processes, and ensure audit reports are clean & accurate in the HCM system
