Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
Create and manage engaging content across various channels, including blogs, articles, videos, and social media.
Develop and manage social media campaigns to enhance online presence and engagement.
Build and segment email lists, craft compelling email content, and manage automated email campaigns.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Utilize lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to identify and qualify leads.
Monitor and analyze website performance and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitors, and understand market trends.
Collaborate with sales, content, and design teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-4 years) in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Expertise in SEO and SMO strategies, tools, and best practices.
Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and budget management.
Proficiency in content creation and management, including using CMS platforms like WordPress.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
Basic graphic design skills and understanding of UX/UI principles for landing pages.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical marketing practices is a plus.
